There are probably many ways to do this (Hey! PH is about as versatile as things come!).
What comes to mind is to create a CC Action Graphic button item that calls a macro which opens a web page.
The PH command "ph_wcopen(0,"www.cnn.com")" for instance, will open the CNN web page in a browser window. Put that command in a macro called by the CC Action Button link, and it should do the job.
Hopefully that helps you do what you wanted.
